At Tailorobe Bespoke Tailors, we strive to provide premium quality made-to-measure garments and excellent customer service, and we are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your personal information responsibly in accordance with Australian Privacy Laws.
Returns & Exchanges
As our products are custom-made and tailored specifically to each customer’s measurements and preferences, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect choice, or sizing issues resulting from incorrect measurements provided by the customer.
However, if there is a manufacturing defect or issue with workmanship, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Refunds
Refunds are only provided where required under Australian Consumer Law, including where:
- The product is faulty
- The item significantly differs from the agreed order
- The product has a major manufacturing defect
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Order Cancellations
Orders for custom-made garments cannot be cancelled once production has commenced.
